Jill Di Donato is a content director and multi-media brand consultant specializing in creative strategy and data-informed storytelling. She writes, edits, and visually concepts editorial packages for brands and digital publishers.

Creative background as academic with an MFA from Columbia University where she taught writing and sociology. She spent a decade teaching creative writing and writing for design professionals at the Fashion Institute of Technology. At Barnard College, she taught classes on beauty and fashion as a lens for culture. Jill’s first novel, Beautiful Garbage (Simon & Schuster) garnered praise from Vice, Galore, and Dazed said it pushed the boundaries of sex in literature. She’s won various writing prizes throughout her career; in 2020, she was the recipient of a PEN America grant for fiction writing. Working alongside poet and playwright Claudia Rankine, she helped run the Women Poets at Barnard annual prize and gala.
